This event will be held virtually on the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, implemented by UNESCO and UN and celebrated on February 11th, 2022.

About the event
The event will be open for the general public upon registration and great Kurdish speakers from across the world are invited. Each presentation will be 20 minutes followed by a 10 minutes Q&A session.
As the goal of our event is to empower Kurdish girls and women in science and help with their professional experience, we will hear from our speakers about their journey towards a successful career.
KSC is a non-profit organization of Kurdish Scientists working in different fields of science all over the world. Our mission is to nurture the Kurdish society's interest in science specifically among Kurdish girls and women. We advocate for equal rights and opportunities for women. The empowerment of women is the only way to build a modern and inclusive society. The contribution of the global Kurdish network of scientists and professionals is crucial towards achieving that goal.
